EspritXB EspritXB was started in 1993 as the first alternative for the then so called PTT Telecom and has grown into a large IT partner for medium to large sized companies. EspritXB is part of the DetronICT and Telecom Group.
Leiden, March 18 2013 - Ziggo has acquired Esprit Telecom for an estimated EUR 18 million, from the Detron ICT & Telecom Group. Esprit Telecom will continue operating independently under its own name for the foreseeable future. The take over of Esprit Telecom is subject to approval by the Dutch Competition Authority (NMa).
The acquisition included Zoranet, an ICT provider that focuses on the retail sector. The company, based in Zwolle, has 25 employees.
